Ken Bailey, President
Ken Bailey holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Troy University. Ken has extensive experience in commercial real estate brokerage, development and management. As President of Bailey Commercial Properties, he currently maintains real estate brokerage licenses in Alabama, Florida and Mississippi.
Prior to forming Bailey Commercial Properties, he was a member of Brigham Williams Commercial Properties, Inc. Ken was involved in each step of numerous new retail developments throughout Alabama. His background in various projects provides a thorough knowledge in the area of commercial real estate including site selection, acquisitions, pro forma development, due diligence, leasing, construction and property management.
Ken is active in his community. He holds the prestigous CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and is a member of the Alabama CCIM Chapter.
